Mindfulness

Mindfulness is is when we intentionally bring our brains attention and our body’s presence into the same place at the same time. We can achieve this through:

  1. Meditation – When you shake a bottle and then put it down. Everything settles. That is when happens when we take time to meditate.
  2. Deep work – Activities performed in a state of distraction free concentration that push your cognitive capabilities to their limit. These efforts create new value, improve your skill and are hard to replicate.
  3. Use Both hands: You will be able to concentrate

Mindfulness fosters self awareness especially on emotions, reactions and overall self reflection.
