Create time for them whenever an opportunity arises. Affirm them where need arises. invest in their hobbies and interest as long as they conform with your values. Keep them occupied to discourage idle mind. Teach and allow them to practice life skills. Occasionally allow them to shop for their own personal items and households

20-25 Young adult. Learnt a lot and settling down as individual. Pursuing dreams. Give guidance where need be. Create time for them and get to know how they are fairing and how you can support. Allow them to make decision but always offer guidance. Where disagreements occur, give each other time to find a solution. Encourage them to be independent and if living with them allow them to make some decisions in the family, like what to eat, where to shop and what to watch. Know their friends.
